Additional Fees

Enrollment Fee $165 first child, $110 each additional child One-time, non-refundable, due upon acceptance

Annual Supply Fee $160 per child Due September 1st each year

Late Payment Fee $25.00 per occurrence

Returned Payment Fee $35.00 per occurrence

Late Pickup Fee $1.00 per minute after closing time

After-School No-Show Fee $25.00 if not notified by 2:30 PM

Payment Options

Weekly Every Monday via auto-draft through Brightwheel

Bi-Weekly Every other Monday, in advance

Monthly 1st of each month, in advance

All payments are processed securely through Brightwheel using ACH bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.

Discounts Available

10% Sibling Discount For each additional older child enrolled Youngest child pays full rate

10% Military Discount Available for active-duty military families

10% First Responder Discount Available for law enforcement, fire, and EMS families

Only one discount may be applied per child. Discounts are not combinable.

Subsidy Families Welcome

The Academy accepts CCS (Child Care Services) subsidy.

Please contact Debbie directly if your family receives subsidy assistance, and we will walk you through the simple enrollment process.
